Project was supposed to start two hotels in Ukraine - in Odessa and Ukraine. I was responsible to find potential ground/building for future hotel, architects and construction companies to do the work. While constriction progress to find HRs and future teams for those hotels. Project stopped and was closed after architects and construction teems were found, same as potential location. But literally during signing first contract (to buy land) we faced corruption issues and head investor stopped the whole project.

Started as regular Reception worker, responsible for Check-in and Check-out. Quickly moved to other positions as Senior Receptionist, Guest Relation manager, Hotel Butler (responsible for VIP guests), Concierge, Chief Concierge and managing VIP floor of the Hotel (14 rooms our of 180 total in the hotel) and being responsible to "solve all the problems that guest could possible have during their stay" in our 5* Hotel.Also for half of my time in the Hotel I was responsible for training all hotel workers of High-end Hospitality and held training for all new employees. Worked as an assistant to Senior Missionary Couple, responsible for all Charity projects of the Church in Ukraine - was involved in all churches charity projects in the area - arranging everything from finding and analyzing needs of potential recipients in the area and finishing with finding a most proper vendor to fulfill the project. Translated "Employment" and "Self-employment" seminars held by this Missionary Couple in all major cities of Ukraine.
