I safeguard that the learning design in all other know-how products secures effective learning as well as the development and deliverance of a coordinated know-how transfer - all to help IKEA retailers getting the most out of the IKEA Concept. I lead a team of highly skilled learning professionals and represent the team in the management group of Concept Knowledge Transfer. In addition to this manager position, I also take up the role as project leader within IKEA Concept business unit for the priority Building Business Competence. The focus is on creating a common learning offer, relevant for all IKEA retailers.

Lapplands Jägarregemente (I22)-(Lapland Ranger Regiment):The Arctic Rangers are trained to operate in the Arctic northern regions of Sweden. Troops receive extensive training in conducting cold weather operations, and Arctic survival skills. During war the Rangers would conduct long range patrols, long distance raids, and ambushes in enemy rear areas. Training at the Regiment is similar to training at other ranger units, with the exception that much more time is spent on winter training. The overall goal of the training is to produce Arctic Rangers that are capable of combat and survival behind enemy lines for periods of up to 30 days with no support from other units.
