Manager Defence and Telecom ConsultantsBusiness and organisational responsible for the Tieto Telecom R&D office in Gothenburg. The responsibility of the office is to frontline the Defence, Telecom and Automotive customers in the Gothenburg region with highly skilled R&D consultants. As part of the Telecom R&D organisation of 3.500 persons, the total offer towards our customers is on-site consulting, design centres and off-shore centres. We also run assignments for our customers where we develop and maintain different Telecom and Defence products at our own premises.Manager TSP (Telecom Server Platform) SignallingBusiness responsible for the assignment to develop and maintain the TSP platform adaptation of the Signalling(SS7) generic products. Within the TSP area we run 1-2 development project and 1 maintenance project and the systems management group developing the product Road Maps and design the systemssolutions for maximum efficiency and consistency. Within the business responsibility the amount of head counts is 70 (30 of these in an off-shore site in Russia). The TSP signalling product offer the solution for operators to connect services to the existing cellular infrastructure and the “nerve system” to connect the entities within the network and keep track of systems information. It is with the Signalling solution the Operators configure their Telecom Network.

Manager CS7 Support&SupplySupport responsible for Ericsson Signalling products on open platforms including line manager for 11 graduate engineers. The main responsibility of the support functions is to help our customers, all over the world, to use our products and to utilise the functionality. We also act as the front office to our customers when they find faults or errors. In such cases on site support might be required.Supply responsible for the 3rd party products used by the Signalling solution. The courses develop the skills of managing projects in different aspects by using the Ericsson project steering model PROPS. We trained approximately 6000 persons every year both inside and outside Ericsson.Section manager EPMI consultantsAfter passing the Ericsson Assessment & Development centre for leaders with a recommendation to become a line manager, I soon got the position as a section manager at Ericsson Project Management Institute. The section consisted of 15 skilled consultants working in the area of project management and the line using the project working method, PROPS. My task was to coach the consultants according to the competence development programme.
