About Ulrika Husmark

I am a process leader who clarifies, creates consensus and attain changes. A communicative and committed “normingenjör” in charge of strategic diversity projects. Because of my ambitions there is now a broader and wider perspective of what’s effecting the social environment in a work place. My employer is therefore now seen as knowledgeable and credible regarding diversity in the work live. My mission is to create at society that is tolerant, where people are encouraged to be unique, instead of being squeezed in to narrow boxes of prejudice.
