Personal Responsibilities :- Responsible for the brand awareness and developing user experience and increasing customer loyalty.- Responsible for scaling one of Turkey's largest and fastest growing digital subscription platforms.- Identifies key account partners for marketing, media, and social media.- Responsible for the creation of marketing calendar and its usage.- Engage and work closely with technical and operational teams to inform business requirements and decompose them into user stories.- Lead a development team to ensure sufficient elaboration and understanding of user stories and ensuring that BI delivered meets business expectations.

Working as the senior product manager of BiP, Turkcell’s leading digital application. BiP is an IP Communication application with more than 21 million downloads and 6 million monthly active users. Main responsibilities and achievements are:• Responsible for product roadmap and prioritization. Worked as Product Owner of two scrum teams. These teams are working for enhancing the messaging and call features. • Responsible for overall marketing and communication strategy to increase download and active users. In 2018, create a new brand strategy which doubled BiP’s brand awarenesss in Turkey also the new brand strategy led to increase followers on social media. • Responsible for optimizing the marketing costs by analyzing digital campaigns and campaign results to have better CPC and CPA and collaborating with digital agencies, mobile measurement tools and digital ad platforms to implement better solutions.• Responsible for business plan, P&L and long term product strategy• Responsible for overall customer experience from registration of newcomers to their basic demands and suggestions about the application. • Arrange customer and market research for better understanding of users view of application.• Successfully introduced a new feature called feed that will reduce the content cost more than 2M USD per year and increase user retention. Lead this new feature from idea to implementation.• Bought an external tool to meet group video call feature with BiP users in 2017 and group video call had been one the most used features after its launch. • In 2017, lead three big marketing campaigns which increase BiP’s daily message count 12 times (from 8mio to 96mio), call count 7 times (from 1mio to 7mio) Those campaigns also increased the awareness of BiP brand and product. After those campaigns, BiP consistently had more than 6 million monthly active users, which was just 1 million at the beginning of 2017 and BiP became one of the most used application in Turkey.
