Monitoring and evaluation of KP-CDLD project as third party validation.

Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), Procurement (Import & Local) & Vendor Management.• Monitor all the critical items include Electrical, Mechanical, Projected Items, Supplies, Packaging Stuff & Raw Material.• Look after all packaging matter such as Cartons, Pet Bottle, Pouches, Polyethylene & some engineering item of packaging machine.• Provide best service to our customer (User) at any urgency or any services.• Coordinate with finance department for timely payment of Vendors & Suppliers.• Attend meeting with all Packaging Material Vendors for monthly order & scheduling.• Set objectives for all Procurement team.• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.• Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.

• Managing daily cash balances.• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units• Maintaining our accounts system.• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.• Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge; • Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.• Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.• Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff. • Arranging financial audits and reviews as required; • Banking money and cheque received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.• Processing credit card payments received and transferring money from Online accounts.• Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required. • Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed; • Manage payroll matters for Company, business units and subsidiaries. • Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.

i join POML as An internee from 11 July to 31 August. i work in different departments such as Admin, Human resource, supply chain and Accounts department.
