1.Preparation Production Plans for confirmed order such as Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturing ProcedureSpecification, Process Sheet, etc considering all requirements of the project related specifications and standards. Also prepare same in SAP.2.Review raw material test certificate with respect to technical delivery condition and raw material purchaseorder.3. Make a purchase requisition for purchasing the measurement instruments and maintain the equipment andmeasuring instruments calibrations.4.To maintain and control availability of sufficient measuring instruments and plan their calibration timeaccordingly.5.To train the supporting staff for respective for inspection.6.Handling third party inspection agency like TUV-NORD, SGS, BVIL, EIL etc.

1. In process dimensional and visual inspection along with checking furnace temperature, pickling frequently. 2.Visual inspection of SS coils after cold rolling process.3. To identify defects such as rolling marks, edge cracks, waviness, scratch marks, erosion roll marks, lack of pickling etc. 4. To perform dimensional measurements such as thickness and width.5. Test the emulsion concentration and lye water pH level checking.6.Maintain and organize all inspection records associated with in-process and final product inspection.

1.To perform Raw material Inspection during receiving of materials. 2.Get activity witnessed from TPI and prepare inspection reports and get it reviewed from QC Incharge and TPI. 3.Visual Inspection and dimensional inspection activities (Measurement of Pipe diameter, Out of Roundness, Thickness, Weld Bead height, Radial Offset, ID/OD visual Inspection of pipe. 4.Dimensional & Visual Inspection report preparation after witness of TPI. 5.Resolve customer complainants and take corrective actions for it. 6.Manpower handling & management. 7.Continuous feedback of product quality to production department.
