Working in conjunction with various Mergermarket teams and offices, I advise and support clients in utilising proprietary M&A origination intelligence as well as historical deal analysis for high net worth client acquisition purposes. Wealthmonitor, a division of the Mergermarket Group (a BC Partners portfolio company) is a sophisticated 'prospecting tool' profiling HNW/UHNW individuals and entrepreneurs linked to early stage proprietary intelligence on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising opportunities, IPOs etc. Compiled by a global network of 400 + Mergermarket reporters, this early stage insight as well as historical deal data serves investment banks, private equity houses, corporate financiers and law firms to assist with sourcing deals and market analysis.
