Develop the departmental SOPS for smooth operations of Research and Developments.-In control of all the Part Development of In-house & Outsource molding facility.-Make costing proposal by analyzing all the process of new product.- Periodically analyze practices of Development department to identify gaps and take corrective measures.-Plan and ensure the implementation of complete R & D plan of each new development.- Keep close liaison with customer's R & D team for complete understanding of new product.-Critically Analyze vendors for development of new child parts and mold Making.-Conduct weekly meeting with business development team to understand the future needs-To concern with requirements of customer and problems and provide them solutions.-Keep close liaison with other departments head for smooth understanding of new products-Accountable for the product development in given time schedule.-Handed over the new developments to supply chain/ engineering department in given time- Maintain up-date records of each development-Develop POCT-1 and POCT-2 for each New development.-To ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level-Execute the planned in-house modifications of machinery/equipment.-Critically analyze the used machines and evaluate for missing components for internal modification and development.

Responsible for leading engineering division for Tooling, design department. Ensure the complete financial costing and return of all new projects and get approval from Head works before manufacturing. Liaise with tooling engineer conduct audit, devise and implement a strategy of optimum application and handling of all tooling used in the shop floor. Highly responsible for effectively communicating machine maintenance issue/reports to Team lead maintenance Prepare and update comprehensive workforce requirement plan and safety compliance for the shop floor. At all times ensure that work force in his department remains at an optimum level thereby not increasing man costs.
