Ensure the complete financial costing and return of all new projects and get approval from Head works before manufacturing. Liaise with tooling engineer conduct audit, devise and implement a strategy of optimum application and handling of all tooling used in the shop floor. Highly responsible for effectively communicating machine maintenance issue/reports to Team lead maintenance Prepare and update comprehensive workforce requirement plan and safety compliance for the shop floor. At all times ensure that work force in his department remains at an optimum level thereby not increasing man costs.
