Key Responsibilities:• Managing WebLogic of all LIVE and UAT environments with data sources, resolving errors during service maintenance.• Application patches deployment of the core banking system and other applications.• Restoration of UAT environment with backups of LIVE environment.• Installation and configuration of Oracle products like FLEXCUBE, and OBIEE.• Flexcube Application Administration and cloning.• Implementation of different software applications /Banking Software and their support.• Managing DR drills from the application side.• Windows Servers Management• Health Checks, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and fixation of Bugs• 24/7 Customer (Different Business Teams) Support Executive• Requirement Gathering and Converting those requirements into actionable tasks• Creation of “Production Issues” reports and coordination with SD and QA teams• Working with all stakeholders and Prioritization of Issues and incidents based on impact to system and end users• Providing L2 Technical Support, coordination with Vendors and Business Teams to resolve Issues on priority• Data Life Cycle Management (DLCM) for all given applications as per decided threshold values.
