Working as Senior Production Engineer at Calcium Chloride Plant and following are the key responsibilities;1. Co-ordinate production activities in accordance with the procedures and instructions.2. Effectively and efficiently manage the daily production targets according to product specification.3. Minimize overall production costs by efficiently utilizing the raw materials and utilities.4. Co-ordinate maintenance activities following safety / work permit procedures.5. Manage shift manpower effectively.

1. Fulfilling manpower requirements for smooth working of shift.2. Achieving shift production targets regarding both quality and quantity.3. Checking the lab results of product and instructing the operators accordingly.4. Perform troubleshooting after rectification of problems5. Monitor the process and maintenance preventive jobs.6. Monitor the availability/consumption of utilities.

1. Assisting the manager; organizing, planning and implementing strategy for projects of CPIs (Chemical Process Industries)2. Conducting visits: Proper understanding of client requirements and discussion on problems/solutions.3. Design & Cost Estimation: After visits/query/tender; creating report on design and cost estimation and assisting sales manager for quotation 4. Services: managing the raw materials, manpower and equipment on site also.5. Analytical Report to Manager: Creating report, analyzing and interpreting the data in order of consumed vs calculated material; controlling the project expenses and balance sheet of each project.6. Technical Expertise: Lead the project team and providing the technical solutions; keep in touch with client and consultants.

1. Designing all the commercial and industrial products as per ASTM standards against the requirement.2. Monitoring all process steps and process conditions, take measurements & interpret data against design.3. Managing the manpower, resources and utilities effectively.4. Compiling and analyzing monthly reports of production and material efficiency for senior management.5. Accessing and reducing risks, implementing HSE policy and review the performance/policy.

1. Tracing the industrial flow sheet.2. Monitoring of raw material and supervision of all areas from crushers to packing plant.3. To develop daily production report and correspond to shift engineer.4. Workplace inspection, safety equipment maintenance and hazards investigations.
