I lead a small company with an excellent team to provide innovative products to serve the healthcare industry. Our small family has doubled in size during my tenure here at IMT and we are proud of our culture. At IMT, we value the sense of ownership of everything that we do and that our team is essential to our success.As the principal product manager at IMT for Class I and II medical device product which involves leading development efforts from customer/internal specification to prototype and on to the production line.My experience using Autodesk Inventor, specifically creating 3D models, component and assembly drawings, performing stress analysis helps IMT to be able to respond quickly to our customers' or internal project specifications. After the design is approved, we can immediately begin production of prototypes in house with our CAM and CNC milling capabilities. I am also responsible for material sourcing including developing relationships with third party vendors. Working in a small company, I often find myself doing a lot of different things. I particularly love design and manufacturing because there is nothing like holding a physical part or assembly that I helped create.I currently hold a patent for a patient immobilization system and want to have many more. I look to continue to gain more experience and knowledge both professionally and personally.
