Current*Position Overview:* Zonal Acquisition Business for ICICI Direct and ensuring business growth, regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of client service both Internal as well as external.*Key Responsibilities:*1.*Business Development:* ⁃ Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase market share within the designated zone. ⁃ Identify new business opportunities, market trends. 2. *Team Management:*⁃ Lead and motivate a team of sales manager, senior sales manager, and support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service, ⁃ Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance 3. *Client Relationship Management:* ⁃ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their investment objectives and provide tailored solutions ⁃ Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. *Risk Management and Compliance:* ⁃ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and uphold the integrity of the business. ⁃ Implement effective risk management strategies.5. *Performance Monitoring and Reporting:* ⁃ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and financial targets to assess the performance of the equity broking business within the zone. ⁃ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives 6. *Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:* ⁃ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, research analysts, and operations departments, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. ⁃ Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and business partners, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
