Managing finance department of Amanah Noor Residence an apartment building project consisting of almost 800 apartments built over land area 18 Kanals, covered area 614,000 sft. Apartments consists of 2 beds, 1 bed and studio. My finance role is to account for sales bookings, transfers, funds collection and deposits & Payments for construction related expenditure. I also look after the tax matters related to the project including filing of Income tax returns, GST and PST monthly returns. The company has developed a complete ERP based system for data capture and recording, includes, Bookings, transfers, allocations, possessions, receipts, record keeping, taxes etc.

Preparation and finalization of financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Preparation and filing of Income tax & FED returns of the group.Preparation and filing of statutory corporate returns in the office of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.Preparation of Projected financial statements and financial feasibility reports for financial institutions for obtaining financing facilities for various projects.

Have been engaged in the Financial Restructuring Project of Pakistan Railways (PR), a project of The World Bank, in which my assignment is to study the existing financial and cost accounting system of PR Workshops, Factories and various Projects and to propose and implement a new cost accounting system along with preparation of manuals and codes for the same within a specified time frame.
