Highly motivated, adaptive professional holding a post graduate degree and over three years of work experience in Management (HR/Administration, Coordination and General Operations) in manufacturing sector, where have been involved in Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Administration and Operations) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. The variance of my experience has lead me to develop many skills which include: excellent time management, handling pressure in fast paced environment with minimal supervision, analytical thinking, ability to prioritize and organize work, and effective communication. Able to make decisions independently and quickly with minimal escalations. I am a self-motivated individual who works well on initiative requiring minimum management when tasks are clear to me and can work in various challenging roles and environments. My main objective is to grow my capacity and improve on my skills and abilities for the benefit of the organization, my personal development and most importantly the Beneficiaries we serve through our programs.
