Keep mentoring team and self to achieve targets for customer satisfaction and KPI’s achievement. Registration of vendors by assessing prequalification checklist & quality assurance, lead time. Preparation of Contract Agreements & LOI’s & PO’s (on & offshore). Efficient Procurement & Logistics (Quality, Costs & Time). SAP Handling (With Segregation of responsibility). Coordination with Corporate Departments for policies and guidelines implementation and various topics. P&L Responsibility of 90+ Solution and Service Projects. From Ordering up to delivery to customers, owner of full cycle. Inventory Management for whole Division product and project business. WMS (Warehouse Management System) handling and integration. Head of SI RMA Warehouse having Staff of 07 Log. Employees. Business Tools implementation. WMS, SAP Integration. Resource Management for SI RMA employees like hiring’s, Transfers, Job matters, EOSB topics etc. Managing 100+ external employee team. Division’s efficiency by implementing cost & efficiency measures proper budgeting etc. Managing shipment pick up arrangements from factories via forwarders to origin countries airports till Saudi Airports. Arranging Saber registration, test Certificates, COC’s, COO & other mandatory documents for clearance purpose. Arranging custom clearances of shipments via Clearance agents from all ports Sea/Air.
