24/7 Data Center Operations: Managing end-to-end operations with complete ownership, ensuring seamless functioning and adherence to SLAs.Team Management: Leading and managing the facility, BMS, FM contractor, and security teams to ensure operational excellence.Routine Inspections & Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and preventive, corrective, and Emergency maintenance on data center equipment, achieving agreed SLAs.Change Management: Reviewing change requests, performing impact analyses, and implementing changes with necessary approvals, following OEM recommendations.Documentation Management: Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including floor plans, schematics, equipment specifications, change management logs, monthly reports, and inventory trackers.Work Orders & Notifications: Using CMMS to create work orders for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. Generating and closing incident tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.Project Participation & Facility Enhancement: Actively participating in infrastructure projects to improve facility capabilities.Vendor Selection & Management: Evaluating and assisting in vendor selection for equipment, services, and upgrades, monitoring vendor performance, and escalating issues as necessary.Documentation & Compliance: Reviewing, and approving MOPs, SOPs PM task sheets, and EOPs according to manufacturer recommendations.Capacity Management: Updating capacity management trackers monthly. Shift Roster Management: I Ensure 24/7 site coverage through efficient shift roster management, maintaining continuous operational support.Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with client and customer requirements.Customer Support & Communication: Providing responsive support to customers needing facility access, promptly addressing inquiries and service requests, and ensuring timely notifications on maintenance and operations.

Manage Operations Mission Critical Facilities, which includes standby diesel generators and related fuel systems,3 phase electrical systems that include but not limited to switchgear, UPSs, Inverters, Rectifiers, PDUs, ATS/AMF, LV PANELS, Fire Alarm/Protection Systems, VRLA cell batteries and associated systems,Cooperate in Acceptance for the new installations in Data center and exchanges Managing and participating in the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, Modification, load tests, activities carried Out on a wide range of electrical equipment, control panels, power Distribution systems and associated switchgears in the AC/DC plant and transmission systems.Managing team for new equipment installations with subcontractors and vendors.Handling of internal/external audits for Data centre/exchanges.Analyzing equipment failures, incident reports to improve performance and reliability.Preparing single line /Block/Floor lay outs drawings for data center and exchangesPreparing Thermal image report for all Data center. (Quarterly).Maintenance and Operation of UPS systems 10kva to 1600kva, DC plant 50A to 2400A Rectifiers.Maintenance and Operation of fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems such as inergen Systems, VESDA, Kidde, Siemens, Novec1230, FM200, FAD etc.Maintenance and Operation of Generators with ATS/AMF/LV Panels from 5 KVA to 3000 KVA (Cat, SDMO, Cummins, Deutz, Pelican, Lister, and Perkins.
