My job is based in Gujar Khan where my responsibilities include. • Handling of 01 Metro Town & 4 SD’s.• Sales & distribution of full brand portfolio through efficient route coverage on over 861 outlets of Retail, Wholesale & Sub-Dist. • Forecasting & planning for target achievement of sales over PKR 30 Million per month.• Supervision & Development of team of 09 DSF & 01 BDO & BDM.• Conducting time to time audits of distribution networks in order to ensure smooth sales and distribution activities.

• Sales & distribution of full brand portfolio through efficient route coverage on over 900 outlets.• Supervision & Development of team of 06 Salesman, 01 Field Managers & 01 BDEs.• Management: Responsible for managing all operational aspects of distribution.• Forecasting & planning for the achievement of pre-decided sales budget, average valuing over PKR 40 Million per month.• Designing sales strategies to achieve company’s numeric and weighted distribution targets.• Achievement of sales budgets by ensuring efficient utilization of trade budgets while ensuring QOS.• Execution of Sales & Trade marketing activities as per given calendar.• Negotiating and execution of On-In Store merchandising & shelf space.• Cycle Planning Activities related to Trade Marketing: Execution of Cycle planning activities as per merchandising calendar with optimal use of trade marketing tools.• Administering merchandising management system and ensuring updating of same through Regional Merchandising Coordinator.• Conducting scheduled audits & appraisals of distribution networks in order to ensure smooth sales and distribution activities.

• Market assessment of channel wise / region / area wise chiller requirement in line with MBS & National Plans (based on throughput reports & quantified data)• Deployment of cold assets in line with the MBS and National Plans• Managing Chiller Tagging via SP team physically and in NPDMS • Managing area / region / channel wise details of chiller location & managing their movements. Reporting it to all the relevant stakeholders• Conducting audits of the third party vendor quarterly to monitor the agreed upon infrastructure and their effectiveness scorecard.• Analyze & report area/channel/region wise Chiller ROI & Throughput on a monthly basis to all the stakeholders.• Monitor sales of respective chillers by product rearranging of routes for better sales results.• Lookup to each outlet for availability of stocks.• Supervise & Develop a of team of 10 Merchandisers.

• Develop a Software for the pharmaceutical company, that has the functionality to produce In/Out stocks Report, daily sales and purchase of medicines, and many others reports.• Look for hardware and software related issues and bugs and resolve them on priority basis.• Manage Vendors for hardware equipment maintains record of expense and budget spend on IT department.• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining a database of currently deployed system
