i. Identify bottlenecks (if any) hindering activity completion.

 Implemented World Bank assisted “Strengthening Markets for Agriculture and Rural Transformation - Program for Results (SMART)” and “Jobs and Competitiveness (J&C) Programs.  Coordination of key program activities set under the ambit of Ease of Doing Business Reform Agenda. Monitoring of the activities to be implemented by departments through a robust electronic dashboard. Ensured that all attached departments meet the set targets and deadlines set for the year. Disseminated information to the relevant public and private sector to increase awareness regarding the reforms that are being executed and in process. Conducted meetings with the stakeholders for identification of impediments faced by the public and private sector at various levels. Submitted program monitoring reports (DLI wise) to the World Bank as per agreed arrangements.

Gujranwala Division

 Acted as Focal Person to Commissioner Gujranwala Division on women related issues in the Division and the Districts. Established a Women Complaint Cell to redress all women related issues in the division Contributed in developing Gender Management Information System of Government of the Punjab and second Punjab Gender Parity Report. Focal person of Punjab Commission on the Status of Women in the Division. Liaising with district administration departments for implementation of pro women laws and policies in public offices. Provided support in identifying in lacunas in existing laws to improve status of women in society. Oversighted and monitored the implementation of Punjab Women Empowerment Initiatives and Packages in the division Arranged activities like seminars workshops training and meetings with different stakeholders on gender related issues. Ensured compliance on Women Inheritance Rights Child and Forced Marriage and Female Quota in public sector organizations.

 I Implemented projects funded by IPPF Oxfam Novib Plan International and Care on women and child rights.  Advocated for organizational strategic priorities and plans among stakeholders and potential donors and developed new projects Ensured that all project activities remained well administered and implemented in accordance with the work plan and proper communication with relevant stakeholders for project implementation. Identification of key stakeholders and factors that contributes in the success of the program. Facilitated in increasing access to comprehensive gender sensitive rights based sexuality education in Pakistan and contributed in reducing socio-cultural barriers to access SRHR information education and services to women men and young people. Facilitated attitudinal and behavioural change towards Child Marriage through community and other stakeholders’ awareness and mobilization using a Rights Based Approach.  Facilitated in drafting the legislative documents for the parliamentarians by proving technical input in consultation with civil society and line govt. departments. Established Community Based Child Protection and Referral Mechanism to provide the services to marginalized communities.

 Led the development of the program’s M&E plan, DIP and required tools and methodologies for the monitoring of program activities. Designed and led program periodic assessments, baseline, end evaluations, KAP surveys and action researches.  Ensured timely collection and compilation of the data/ information required for reporting on program progress and against indicators to evaluate impact inform the management and developed best practices and lesson learnt.  Developed Risk Matrix Analysis to identify potential bottlenecks and to devise risk mitigation strategies.  Conducted regular field visits to program sites for monitoring of activities and to provide technical assistance to field staff.
