Email administration for NetSol and Extended Innovation EI (Accounts, Groups, Aliases, backup/ restore etc.) Manage virtualization tools i.e VMware. User account administration & management Managing Product Key Activation & Microsoft Licensing throughout the organization Point of Contact to escalate issues (Log tickets to the second level) related to the server and email (Microsoft and Rackspace) End user interaction to provide support regarding network & issues related to connectivity with Servers, Printers and Remote software Installations etc. Initially provided technical support to BlueStar, ITC&S and Local BD departments regarding software and hardware related issues (later supervised). Maintain the highest level of availability, reliability and performance for Network and its associated products of an enterprise network of more than 1000+ user nodes. Provide evidence and documentations related assistance for Information System Audit (ISO 20,000 & 27001).

Worked on the project of Computerization / Online Availability of Land Revenue Records which includes• Connecting five kiosks / Service Centers within Punjab through Virtual PrivateNetwork (VPN).• Administration, troubleshooting, maintenance of Land Record ManagementInformation system.• Backup and synchronization of LRMIS data at DHQ and Rawind server.• Management and troubleshooting of the Network applications, equipments andinfrastructure installed at DCO office.

Under the directions of Punjab Information Technology Board, I have developed andmaintained the following project ofInstitutional Strengthening of Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab Through OfficeAutomation.• Designed, developed and maintained a project based on LAN+WAN structure of Directorateof Anti-Corruption Establishment, Punjab. My services Include• Connect seven regions of this organization all over Punjab through VPN and RAStechnology on Windows 2003 Servers and Microsoft XP professional.•Installation and configuration of Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server including itsGlobal and single user configuration of mail features, backup and recovery.• Interaction with end users provide support regarding network related issues likeconnectivity with servers, PCs and other equipments to on the LAN/WAN.• Installation and Management of ISA Server 2004 and to communicate and liaisonwith web hosting and internet connectivity (bandwidth) provider(s) for reliable,smooth and stabilized Internet connectivity.• Management and troubleshooting of the Network applications, equipments(routers, Switches, DSL Modems etc), and infrastructure installed.•Under this project we have developed Complaint Management Software for Anti-Corruption department and successfully deployed in Anti-Corruption Headquarter and seven regional offices in all over Punjab.
