• Was working as a credit supervisor in SIIMCO handling Account Receivable (SAP) and reporting to CFO.• Monitor from entering Orders in system till collection against the order.• Ensure revenue posted in system and issuing daily comprehensive sales related reports.• Preparing LC documents and chases till bank acceptance, make sure invoice submitted to customers on daily basis with POD (proof of delivery) if customer requested.• Sharing customer statement of accounts on monthly basis and ensure to avoid any discrepancies in our receivables and customer payable balances.• Balance confirmation from customer on quarterly basis as per company policy.• Provide freight and Receivable provision on month end.• Sending weekly receivable chasers’ email to ASM to get collection commitment from customers. • Expertise in ORACLE for the all the modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger and Inventory Modules• Monitor complete Account Payable Module.• Operate Fixed Asset Module, from making P.O to transfer Asset in Final Accounts. • Expertise in monthly job analysis• Communicate & coordinate with ERP team in amendment & implementation of new procedures in system, attending & tackling different ERP issues• Reporting of overheads to CFO, payable aging & analysis to Finance manager.
