Research and development of new products and different categories include fresh juices (Rts), cold pressed juices, Pasteurized Juices, UHT Juices, Flash Pasteurized, Retort Juices, Re- constituents juices, Milk and fruit based Smoothies, frozen juices, milkshakes and smoothies, reconstitute juices, Frozen Fruit based candies/Pops, Pulps, Puree, sorbets and concentrate, Jam & Jelly etc.

Developed /Formulated, launched and generated new products, including cold pressed beverages, fresh juices, Reconstituted juices, HTST pasteurized Juices, smoothies, fruits & vegetables products etc. Liaised with marketing team and cross functional teams, maintain shelf life analysis, evaluated and inspected suppliers, managed scale up plant trials and led pilot plant production.

•Carrying out periodic and unannounced checks and inspections to compliance with HACCP & GMP in company.• Notifying concerned managers of any nonconforming components or production processes.• Keeping accurate administrative records of all the tests that have been carried out.• Maintain/checking the Quality of daily production of all products.• Maintaining and preparing all documents related to Food safety management system.• Conducts trials and R&D works for new product developments.• Scheduling training, examinations, inspections and tests for food handlers.• Ensuring that all items dispatched conform to the company’s procedures and customerspecifications.• Preparing corrective action report, investigation report and SOP's.Conducting internal audit based on FSMS [ISO:22000].• Ensuring that all Quality Control metrics are clear, measurable, controllable, and re-portable.• Checking the receiving materials as per the in house standards, stock monitoring andensure the quality of raw materials and FIFO.

• Review and check the Documentations of food companies for registration of FSSAI License.• Product approval, as per the FSSAI regulation.• Label Validation and Updating as per FSSAI.• Solve the consumer queries and suggestion as per the FSSAI Regulation.• Online filling of forms for registrations. • Regular reviewing the FSSAI site for any new amendment in acts.
