► I am incharge for the Installation and Calibration of different Transmitters(Honeywell, Yokogawa, Endress+Hauser, Rosemount) ► Carry out Instruments loop checking and maintenance of control package, HVAC and Fire & gas System.► Inspection of hazardous locations for installation of different instruments.► Working with site supervisors for Calibration & Loop Checking, Pre-commissioning and commissioning for field instruments like Pressure, Temperature and flow Transmitters and indicators.► Carry out Installation and Inspection of Glands and Termination of Field Instruments, Junction Boxes and Panels.► I am well Familiar with specifications and data sheets for flow elements, control valves and safety relief valves, sensors and transmitters.► Work together with CCC Vendor for setting up TrainView II System in the Central Control Room (MCB) and i also worked on the installation of Anti-surge system by Compressor Control Corporation site engineer at Fertil-II Project. ► Good knowledge of ESD system (Triconex Tristation 1131) for safe plant shutdown.► Capacity to assess all risks before initiating work and have safe work practices. ► I also Manage and Carry out Inspections for INERGEN System for Fire & Gas Safety System In Building areas including substations, HSE Building, MCB Building (CCR).► I Can independently handle, calibration, fault finding, of pneumatic and electronic instruments.► Working knowledge of Air to open, Air to Close control valves, Pressure Transmitters, FT, LT, TT, D.P switches, Pressure level switches, Temperature switches and Indicators.► Review work procedures & Identification of flaws that have a potential for future plant trips and recommend for rectification before ready for start-up (RFSU).► Monitor the site work and support supervisors in the execution of their daily activities.► Contribute to the successful commissioning & Start-up of the plant.► Preparing Weekly reports & Monthly Reports for E&I Works at site.
