I am Umar Mushtaq, M.Phil. Physical Chemistry from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. As a researcher, I worked on material synthesis, including polymers and resins, nanomaterials (metal oxides), nanocomposites, Urea fertilizer modifications, and control-release fertilizers. Furthermore, I am an analytical chemist who is well-trained in the operational handling of various analytical techniques like GC, HPLC, UV, SEM, and AAS. I am well-skilled in sample analysis, preparation, and result interpretation. With two years of lab research, I am an expert in various instruments, including ball milling, vacuum ovens, mechanical stirrers, furnaces, autoclaves, centrifuges, stone grinders, and pan coating like pharmaceutical machines. I worked On the Engro fertilizers PARB Project and enhanced my skills in time management, leading the tasks and their completion and the preparation of annual reports. I supervised, guided, and facilitated my junior researcher in various research fields during my research journey. During my teaching experience, I graded and evaluated students’ work, assignments, papers, and coursework. I maintained courteous and effective relationships and worked cooperatively with teachers and administration to help students reach a learning objective. My English writing, reading, and speaking fluency are extraordinary, with other attributes of team management and coordination, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and initiative, working under pressure, negotiations and presentation skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiency, and scientific writing. More efficient in multiple software like Origin Pro, Xperthighscore, Chemdraw, Minitab, and Canva, I am looking forward to a position in Quality Control analysis, Quality assurance, and research and development labs in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, Petroleum, oil and gas, textiles, and polymer industries, etc.
