As a senior product manager, I am responsible for standardizing Services Offerings strategy across IBM organizations. I own the Pricing Strategy for outcomes based Services Offerings across IBM. I also launched a brand new initiative to help customers adopt IBM software and methodology in an accelerated way via an innovative white glove premium offering.

As a senior product manager, I owned IBM Expert Labs' portfolio of services offerings built to support Data & AI products with a primary focus on AI Governance and Regulatory Compliance. I was responsible for designing, developing and launching new offerings that support IBM's Data & AI software by delivering immediate high value to our customers. I worked with various teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, WW Delivery and Finance to help realize the vision of high value services offerings and launched them into the market

As a Senior Product Manager, I was responsible for designing, developing and launching new Professional Services subscription-based offerings. I launched 5 FOAK Services Offerings (ideation, design, development, GTM, sales/delivery enablement, launch, sales plays) all in one year (2021). I owned Subscription Services (professional services) portfolio which generated $150+ million in annual revenue. In addition, I also partnered with different organizations and cross-functional teams to identify market demand and crafted innovative GTM strategies for numerous services offerings.

As a practice leader within IBM's world-wide On Demand Consulting (ODC) unit, I am responsible for client relationship, practice management and business growth strategies. We provide on-demand assistance to world-wide enterprise clients with a large variety of business and technical initiatives. We offer monthly & quarterly subscription-based services which include but are not limited to solution assessment, work product deliverables, on site and remote consulting, code development, methodology and governance expertise, program road map strategies, best practices recommendations and unlimited Q&A. In addition, we also offer health checks, performance capacity planning, solution architecture reviews, and installation and configuration of IBM's Middleware products.Our consulting strategy provides a cost effective and flexible engagement model to our clients who leverage the expertise and deep skills of our globally distributed team of subject-matter experts. The expanding list of our consulting services and the ever growing list of long term customers is a clear testament to the quality of our delivery model and the consistent exceeding of our already aggressive SLAs.
