Responsible for Submitting of customer’s invoices and services rendered to the various customers.Submitting of customer’s Statement of Accounts.Following up customer’s for payment collection.Collection of cheques from customer’s according to their credit period.Achieving collection targets as per credit terms.Collecting payment details for cheques or Bank Transfers from all the customers.Following other customer’s service aspects and collect payment according to the aging.Submit and analyze all customers’ related quires, supporting documents etc.Maintaining smooth relationship to all the customers.Documents scrutinizing and using the same to match with delivery note, LPO, request or any other related documents which are directly or indirectly relating to invoicing.Accountable for completion of invoicing job for all the deliveries made during month.Aggregating invoices DocumentationChecking and sorting out deliveries and LPOs comparing quantity and price.Checking rental period on the invoices and matching with supporting documents.Checking the supply contracts and matching with the invoices.Research and respond by telephone and in writing to customers inquires regarding billing issues and problems.Process all invoices thorough Oracle ERP. Coordinate with the Customers Regarding the Payments and find solution if there are any Discrepancies.
