Working as part of a cross functional team responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development Initiatives, Event Management and Employee Recognition, Performance Management, International Visa Processing, Health Benefits and Life Insurance procedures, Employer Branding, Policy Implementation and ongoing HR operations.Other responsibilities include managing employee induction process, handling internship program, administration of employee benefits like provident fund, stock options maintaining and updating employee statistics and personal information on regular basis, catering employee queries and concerns.
