• To attend meetings with potential customers, determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution• Gather required project information and compare with available software solutions.• Design solution according to customer requirements, circumstantial and product knowledge.• Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customer's met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization.• Discuss possibility of future enhancements with existing customers and coordinate closely with the business development team to align both.• Guide development team during deployment; ensure deployment as per customer requirements.• Identify potential customers' in coordination with sales team and carry out pretender working with customers.• Support business development team in proposal submission, BOQ preparation, and addressing technical queries.• Assist in preparing technical proposals against tenders, RFPs and enquiries, conduct requirements explanation and product training sessions for sales and development team in order to ensure their understanding and solution design is as per customer requirement.• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally• Work with product managers to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products• Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities• To assume responsibility for running a bid team, or be an active member of the bid team where relevant• Interface with the design, development and implementation teams, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery• Ability to demonstrate the organization's products and solutions effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
