Store Supervisor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work as Store Supervisor: Responsible for managing and directing store employees, to ensure that the sales were being met monthly and annually. Training new employees, assessing sales performance, assigning tasks, preparing reports for managers, offering advice to customers, and replacing the Manager in his absence. Responsible for managing the efficient, effective and profitable operation of the entire store. Able to identify store needs, problems, and opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales and gross margins. Efficiently manage profit and loss to achieve all store financial and expenditure targets. Accurately evaluate payroll reports and employ optimal scheduling to meet payroll goals. Recognized for creating a positive store environment and building a team of top performers to drive customer service and sales. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams. Able to use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively respond to rapidly changing demands. Effectively secure, control and monitor all store assets to reduce shrinkage and loss.
