Responsibilities as a Directional Drilling Engineer & DE: (Jan 2010- till date) :Responsible for the effective design and implementation of well plans. Performed engineering duties as required to provide directional drilling operations and clients with drilling plans, conceptual design, detail design and work programs for prospective oil and gas wells.Follow the Drilling Engineering process and provided real time decision support to D&M Engineers and clients.Ensure that Well Plans, Designs, and Drilling Programs comply with Schlumberger SQ, HSE and IT policies and procedures and with customer / local regulations.Ensure that all well plans are fit for purpose and provide the most cost effective solution to meet the drilling target considerations.Support to clients on Risk Analaysis on Osprey Risk providing assistance on decision making incorporating risk & uncertainties.Privide support to clients on geomechanics & wellbore stability issues saving situations like packoffs, excessive trip & reaming times, stuckpipe, inability of landing casings etc.Provide technical sales support; understanding and communicating value of technology and interpretations.Identify areas where new and cost effective techniques can be applied.Provide real-time monitoring and decision support to the drilling team with the aim of improving drilling performance.Provide an engineering interface with the clientDocument and report all deviations from drilling program and QHSE policies.Collect information to monitor performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of, and benchmark D&M drilling performance.Complete all work in an accurate, efficient and cost effective manner.Present latest high technology SLB RSS tools to Clients.Assists clients by providing solutions for drilling issues.Acts as the D&M - client focal point for drilling operations at the rig site

Responsibilities as a Measurements/Logging While Drilling Engineer :Responsible for delivering high quality measurements services to clients at the well site.Service quality, job preparation, planning and job safety were key priorities.Ensure all client deliverables (logs, digital data, and reports) are delivered to the customers on time and meet client and D&M standards all the time.Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.Ensure final end of well deliverables are quality controlled and delivered to the clients on time, all the time.
