• To guide, support and assist project teams for preparation of Baselines, EOT/Cost claims, Budget & Plan Revisions and BCTC.
• Analysis of cost reports & schedules for identifying weak areas and to suggest systematic & practical approach for improvements.
• Implementation of Earned Value Analysis as a measure to control cost & schedule.
• To conduct Critical Path Analysis followed by suitable course of action to make schedule more realistic & achievable.
• Review and analysis of potential risks in contract and project execution for proactive actions for risk mitigation.

Bahrain

• Preparation of project master schedule using Primavera P6 and perform critical path analysis.
• To analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work for project resource planning.
• To produce Manpower & Equipment Histograms and generate the corresponding progress S-Curve.
• To coordinate with Resource Coordinator for manpower & equipment requirements and overall coordination to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Calculation & ordering of required material through procurement system.
• To monitor engineering progress & material status reports, and review them with engineering & procurement groups.

Qatar

• To develop accurate and realistic project schedules using Primavera P3 & P6 / MS project.
