Work as a Transmission O&M engineer my responsibilities are:
+ Provide Level-2 & Level-3 support for Transmission networks.
+ Software upgrade/update of NEs and NMS.
+ Handle Critical and Major problems along with immediate service recovery, problem solution according to the Customer SLA.
+ Perform monthly Transmission network inspection and resolve the problems for the smooth operation and performance of network.
+ Technical training and meetings with customer regarding O&M, optimization, health check and action plans for the smooth operation of the Transmission networks.
+ Analyze customer’s network according to the software/hardware precautions on daily basis to avoid any hindrance and problem happening on live network.
