(i) Project Manager for Transaction Advisory engagements and their management from initiation till conclusion including Financial Modeling, Transaction Structuring, Project and Corporate Finance Mandates, Debt and Equity Financing, Financial Management, Business Risk Modelling, Business Planning and implementation engagements. (ii) Managed client expectations concerning project deliverable and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively to add value to the businesses of the customers by enabling them to take informed decision based on our recommendations and assistance. (iii) Professional development and training of associate team members by imparting knowledge through on job trainings, presentations and seminars.(iv) Work closely with senior management to establish quarterly as well as annual budgets and assess projected needs of Transaction Advisory Division based on growth projections. Report directly to CEO.(v) Team with partners and managers on proposals and business development calls including maintaining a strong relationship with key contacts in existing accounts, as well as to develop new contacts and relationships. (vi) Liaison with senior management on monthly basis to plan the execution framework for new engagement and evaluate performance Transaction Advisory Department, including market conditions, projects’ status and emerging opportunities based on competitive analysis. (vii) Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
