I had been involved in various roles and Responsibilities during my tenure with the organization and played a key role in the growth and implementing the strategies and plans. After the acquisition of Raychem Globally by Tyco International, I was assigned to start the responsibility of Tyco Thermal operations in India.I held the following responsibilities in the organizations: June 2004 – December 2007 – Director Sales – India I was in-charge of India Sales and was responsible to streamline the sales in the India Region. In 3.5 years the business grew from US$ 150K to US$ 22 Million. July 2002 – September 2006 – Sales Head – EPC Sales I was in-charge of Japan EPC Sales / Philippines with overlapping Sales Responsibilities in India. I provided strong technical support & build up relation with the leading Japanese EPC Companies, namely JGC, Chiyoda, MES, Toyo. TKK, KHI, MHI, etc. and provided complete solutions for the International projects executed by these companies. The business growth was from 0% in previous 8 years before I was assigned the responsibilities to over US$ 12.00 Million & attaining more than 90% of the business in EPC Segment in Japan. April 2001 – September 2004 – Head – Proposals – AsiaDesign Centre with overlapping Sales Responsibilities in Japan / Philippines & India. I was assigned the responsibility to start a center of excellence in India to provide Design and Engineering support to whole Tyco Thermal Controls globally. I started the organization in India with one engineer and one draughtsman which over the years developed into a strong company with highly qualified engineering team of nearly 250 persons.

Accomplishments: During my tenure with Tyco Thermal Controls the followings are the accomplishments:• Started the organization in India with one engineer and one draughtsman which developed into a strong engineering arm of whole Tyco Group within a span of 4 years with engineering services offered not only to Tyco Thermal Controls but also to other companies within Tyco International. # Managed Proposals, Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and all activities within the India office. • As head of EPC Sales in Japan developed and maintained excellent relations with the Japanese EPC Companies with meeting the engineering requirements with schedule compliance and achieved the business growth from 0 to over 90% with most of the EPC companies awarding 100% of their contracts. The business grew to over US$ 12 Million. • As head of Sales in India, the growth in the region was from US$ 150K to US$ 22.00 Million with company procuring all the major contracts within the country. • Worked in putting the concept to the customer Cairn energy to provide a heating System on the 700 Km long Crude Oil Pipeline from Barmer in Rajasthan to Salaya in Gujarat and later on working very closely with the customer / consultants. This is world’s longest heated pipeline project and successfully provided the heating system for the pipeline. • Development of strong distributors network in the region

All major orders were awarded to us and we maintained over 90% market share for the projects business.

Developed and maintained excellent relations with the clients, developed the business for the company in new markets and territories and provided technical support to the customers.
