While at the above position, my role was to get the sco and mco bills raised on the generators and distributors of power, throughout ODISHA. The responsibility was to analyse the over/underdrawal of power by the distribution companies and over/ under- injection of power into the system by the generating companies, for levy of the penalty charges on them.
