Annual volume of expected to grow in coming FY to 2000 new towers.🌀 Key Performance areas -ProjectManagement of new sites and tenancy upgrade sites, partner governance, zonal performance governance, monthly performance governance with management, TAT and throughput improvement, material planning (Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual), SME governance, Capex control, performance reporting (Daily/Weeky/ Monthly). New site electrification activity. Certification and knowledge areas - knowledge of PMI approach of project management. Have undergone PMP PDU course required to participate in PMI. 🌀Customer Management - active engagement with customers, participate in business review.

🌀 Planning, scheduling, and sequencing stage wise activities of the project to meet the target within time frame.🌀Monitoring the activities on daily basis by measuring the progress as per plan to attain the project objective.🌀Ensuring adherence to the specificationand standard given by customer.🌀Handover of site to customer after getting the acceptance test of all the activities involved at site.
