I worked in POSCO MAHARASHTRA STEEL private limited multinational company in PLTCM operation from2014-2024,10years.- Responsible for managing manpower.- Managing supply of rolls to three different production lines without delay.Production lines are- PCM CAL CGL- Responsible for Roll Grinding & Roll texturing in department.- Carrying out Roll inspection by Ultrasonic testing & Roughness testing.- Handling & solving problems related to Coolant system.- Operating Roll grinding Machine &Electric Discharge texturing machine (EDT)& its programming.- Managing overhead & Jib crane for roll movement.- Chocking & De-Chocking work & operation of Chocking & De-chocking Machine.- Responsible for making & updating ‘Standard Operating Procedures’.- Responsible for attending auditors & improving standards for better quality &productivity.- Responsible for submission of daily reports to higher management.- Monitoring & enhancing safety performance of my team.- Responsible for loading & unloading of Rolls for 5 stand- 6 Hi mill in JIT.- Responsible for roll stand bearing maintenance work.
