As the Managing Director of U3 Infotech, a company that provides business solutions and project management services, I have been leading the strategic direction, growth, and operations of the organization for over 20 years. With the International Directors Programme (IDP) credential from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools, I have gained valuable insights and skills in corporate governance, board dynamics, and strategic decision-making.I am also passionate about advancing the project management profession and community, as evidenced by my long-term involvement with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Singapore Chapter. I served as the President and Vice President of the chapter for four years, overseeing its vision, mission, and activities, and fostering collaboration and engagement among its members and stakeholders. I am currently an active board member and a mentor for the chapter, contributing to its continuous development and innovation.
