In this role, I liaised with diverse internal & external stakeholders to lead Agile deliveries and complex platform migrations for credit, debit, and prepaid products. As a Subject Matter Expert and strategic resource of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs), I engaged with software development, M&A, and HR teams to drive software design & development, align processes, institute an open-source culture, support talent management initiatives, and encourage knowledge sharing. Holding end-to-end service delivery accountability for several clients while leading matrixed teams, constituted my primary KRAs in this role.Some of my significant accomplishments here have been: ► Proved instrumental in transitioning UAE into a truly cashless society, backed by a robust, secure, and interoperable digital cash payment platform – Klip. ► Tasked to curb significantly high failure rates, optimize resources, and bridge gaps in product lifecycle; streamlined and integrated tools, technology, and processes, based on extensive analysis of product loopholes, user-journey, and coverage. ► Conceptualized, formulated, and implemented Learn, Study, and Grow (LSG) framework to upskill staff, enhance domain expertise, avert Learning & Development (L&D) overheads, and establish a culture of knowledge sharing.

During this span, I progressed through diverse roles with increasing responsibilities with respect to strategy formulation, business & technical transformations, continuous improvement, process reengineering, team management, and stakeholder engagement. I provided thought leadership and supported the CXO-Suite Executives in achieving several maiden initiatives to grow MasterCard’s leadership position. Development & roll out of automation framework and implementation of ‘Built-in-Quality’ standards across the organization were my primary contributions in these roles, as was developing and implementing Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.►Developed and instituted a common automation framework across MasterCard; liaised and negotiated with SDETs, cross-functional team managers, and global stakeholders to seek buy-in and ensure seamless implementation.►Improved code quality and reduced failure rate by 50% through ‘Built-in-Quality’ standards; also ensured zero P1/P2 incidents in preproduction and production environments. Achieved reduction in turnaround time (TAT) from 11 to 6 days through regression suite automation.►Formulated a framework to integrate software security and automation assessments with PI cycles; played a critical role in sourcing Platform Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Certification. ►Defined frameworks to take maturity of teams from quality engineering level to software development excellence; achieved an average of 10% efficiency across PI cycles. Also improved time-to-market and customer communication by aligning Agile release PI cycles with SAFe methodology.
