Duties and Responsibilities :-Managed the revision, shipping, installation and subsequent technical support services of 48 polyurethane insulated steel tanks for storing liquid carbon dioxide at - 28 C in different customers.-Selection and design of special cooling systems for 48 different tanks.-Preparation of technical drawings and creation of folders for each of 48 different carbon dioxide storage tanks using AutoCAD program.-Coordinated the 3rd party inspection company and ensuring that the relevant tests such as Welding Non-destructive Magnetic Particle Test and Ultrasonic Test are carried out periodically in a timely manner.-Personally performing and certifying periodic hydro-static tests according to standard EN 13445-5.-Managed and monitoring industrial gas filling plant including acetylene, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, helium, argon.-Managed and monitoring fire the extinguishing team, prepared customer offers and documents for the tender and installation the system as type of argon, mono ammonium phosphate 40 and 90, fire extinguishing gases, fm200, Novec, Inergen.-Given fire training to customer with real fire simulation in the fields.-Managed a Cross-Functional team composed of engineers, technicians, and quality control specialists to optimize paint process efficiencyAchievements :-Spearheaded a project with Universal Industry, successfully establishing a new acetylene plant spanning 400 m2; achieved a production capacity of 360 m3/hour, 240 acetylene tubes.-Played a crucial role in setting up an inspection center for impartially inspecting pressure industrial cylinders, aligning with ISO 17020, 2010/35/EU, 2014/68/EU, and EN 1803.Experienced in the operation, calibration, and maintenance of sophisticated Lab Equipment for process Monitor and ControlEmphasis on doing business with the India.

I took part in the "Mobile System 7-Storey 2 Units Steel Fire Escape Project" in Adana Turk Telecom building as the construction site supervisor from start to finish. In this process, I had the tasks such as reading the project parts and assembly, technical drawings, making the necessary pieces and saying how to weld the parts each other, placing their orders, and completing the assembly within the specified time (3,5 months) by taking the necessary quantities and measurements in cooperation with the masters.
