My role in Board is to support clients in digital transformation and build E2E solutions to drive business change. To drive change we leverage client data and architect multi-dimensional data models, to create templates and actionable BOARD reports, dashboards, budgets and other BI and CPM applications aimed at giving users the tools needed for quick & informed data-driven decisions Building strong relationships with the client and understanding their long-term goals/plans enables us to build a strong and healthy long-term engagement.Some of the key requirements of my role are * Plan, coordinate, and engineer implementation of the BOARD BI and CPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery* Involvement in the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project’s needs* Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns* Be able to upskill fast on the board tool kit to support clients effectively* Leverage financial knowledge to help build robust statistical models* Working well with my peers to help foster a collaborative environment to meet key deliverables* Being able to use applications such as SQL, Windows Azure and Jira

Working within the EMEIA Planning, Budgeting & Financial Analysis finance team I support the EMEIA PBFA Lead and CFO as well as wider finance team across the firm. I provide financial analysis of the EMEIA wide area results, contributing to key decision making which helps drive our business forward. ▪ Understand and build analysis on a variety of factors effecting firms P&L▪ Using Excel, Essbase, Hyperion and MDX to perform/build complex models/simulations▪ Creating monthly presentation on EMEIA results and future trends.▪ Develop a strong network across the finance community, across all ranks to build up an understanding of varying EMEIA wide impacts to our business▪ Knowledge and understanding of EY professional services and key financial performance indicators

My role predominately comprised of supporting the director on month end accounting process and financial modelling. I was also responsible for maintaining the database from backend to front end user interface. • Using my knowledge on the business to forecast and budget for my departments• Reconcile hardware cost/revenue and raise the appropriate journal for the month end process, analysing cost trends and providing commentary for sales director• Provide balance sheet reconciliation, fixed asset reports and expense reports to financial director• Work in a collaborative environment while managing multiple business cost centres – EPOS, QA, Pharmacy, Facilities• Build SQL Queries for various departments across the business

I was part of a team specifically designed to help with the payment of prescription drugs. This role required me to communicate with NHS representatives on a regular basis and provide support with the regulation of payments where stakeholder engagement was vital. • Providing diagnosis and resolution of incidents reported to the service desk, in a professional & efficient manner• Ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved• Ensuring that user reported incidents are resolved or escalated quickly and effectively• Ensuring that all information is correctly and accurately recorded on the call logging system• Providing the customer and user feedback on reported incidents• Ensuring timely escalation of calls to 2nd line team• Answering any urgent/non-dispensing calls highlighted by call loggers or supervisors as required• Taking calls from company staff in need of technical support and share factual information• Working co-operatively with the team, recognising when help is required and offering support• Taking full responsibility for completing a task to the standards and expectations required
