As a Data Analyst in the Data Team, I deliver data insights to the Asset Management and Investment Team.I am responsible for developing the "𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝" for the Solar & Investment Team, and the "𝐄𝐒𝐆 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝" for Downing's ESG, Sales and Marketing Teams.My work consists of: • Leading collection of monthly KPIs for investment and company reporting. • Defining business requirements of various stakeholders and end-users of dashboards. • Create Power BI dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making and insights. • Automate processes around Data Extraction and Data Transformation, through a combination of Power Bi, SQL, Python and Excel. • Manage our asset management platform for a team of 20 for efficient workflow and performance monitoring. • Work on multiple ad-hoc projects concurrently to enhance the value of our asset management services.

Worked with students teaching mathematics at GCSE and A-Levels, tailoring my teaching approach to address each individual's weaknesses and learning style. I structure lessons to ensure comprehensive coverage of subjects and effective exam readiness.
