In the company I started as a production engineer, I took an active role until May 31 in the position of the production manager of the facility where 55 kinds of industrial kitchen products (preparation product groups) are produced, together with a production team of 80 people, with the task I was promoted to in April 2022.My duties include personnel management (including blue-collar and white-collar interview meetings), domestic market-foreign market (shipment deadlines), production planning of CNC, sheet metal, paint shop and welding house units, management of assembly lines and coordination with the purchasing and R&D unit. I took part in production planning issues. In addition, I personally took part in supplier improvements regarding casting/model faults of approximately 150 individual aluminum, gray and ductile cast iron parts.Due to the fact that exports are made to 80 different countries, I provided support in technical support directly in the domestic and foreign markets, in producing solutions to problems and in problem solutions by communicating with the end user personally.In the lean production philosophy, such important processes as value stream mapping, line balancing, 5S, Kaizen, Smed, Kanban, corrective and preventive actions in accordance with the production hierarchy and ensuring their continuity in the field and process improvement (production and performance efficiency), creating standard operation processes. I continued my duty with innovative approaches.

As of August 2021, in addition to my foundry and project management experiences, I was working in Konya and as a production engineer for the control and development of cast iron parts and aluminum casting parts we supply in a company that produces and exports industrial kitchen equipment. Actually my purpose of gaining extra experience and acquiring a new sector (especially production in assembly line, sheet metal processing, use of CNC Press brake and CNC Laser cutting machines and lean production methods)

I was working as a metallurgy engineer. My responsibilities are related all of production. I was planning about capacity of production, heat treatment, casting plan, and molding plan. The foundry portfolio consist of steel from 50 kilograms up to 12000 kilograms. According to my old experiences in my old foundries, I was interested start from technical drawing with 3D designs via CAD programs until to part dispatch.

I was working as a project engineer who is responsible to define production line of castings. My responsibilities start from technical drawing to qualified final product. As a highly motivated metallurgy engineer I was create 3D casting designs via CAD programs. My main focus on the casting designs is to implement my previous simulation knowledge with conventional engineering calculations on an innovative based solutions. The foundry portfolio consist of ferriuos materials from 10 kilograms up to 2500 kilograms. I was also designing the post heat treatment applications on the casting parts. In addition to these I have an engineering vision to studying improvements on the previous production lines for higher part quality. Moreover, I can use Handy Scan 700 related dimension control for parts with solid data.

I was working as a methoding engineer in the responsible unit for casting designs that will provide appropriate values for the material information and post process applications. As the company has a strong modelling capacity all CAD files were analyzed with a cutting edge simulation software (MagmaSoft). In addition to this simulation studies, calculating the casting design’s feeder, runner and gating system and analyzing stress simulations in order to prevent and assess casting defects that are elated to solidification were my responbilities. Moreover, I designed molding scetches and define pattern & core sections mostly for large castings up to 180 tons. I was responsible for the casting parts mostly low carbon alloy steels and high temperature application chromium and molybdenum added steel alloys. I also worked on cast iron parts with the same responsibilities.
