Reporting daily manufacturing and NDT works to customer, creating the work flow of spool manufacturing, NDT steps, spool release and preparing the quality documents. Explaining the work flows (incoming material, production, QC, painting...) to oracle specialists to write the related codes for oracle data base. Creating the required reports for analyzing the manufacturing and make suggestions to chart out the futured work load. Hamitabat 1400MW CCPP, Light Fuel Oil Storage and Forwarding System, Deputy Site Manager. In the project of Light Fuel Oil Storage and Forwarding System, which was contracted out by ALSTOM POWER ve ULAŞIM A.Ş. to ENTT Energy (OZG Energy), control and inspection of the erection and commissioning works, coordinating and controlling of subcontractors for the below works according to contract, procedures and specifications; According to API 650, •Construction of 2x6000m³ light fuel oil storage tanks and 1x500m³ fire water tank, •Determine NDT requirements, organize NDT works, welder tests, preparing required documentations such as wps, pqr, material certificates, weld maps, hydro test packages,•Control and inspection of civil works such as, tank foundations, ring walls, concrete dike wall around the tanks, service and access roads around the tanks, oil separator and drain pit, utility building, fire fighting pump house, pump house which includes forwarding and unloading pumps, weighting bridge with capacity of 80tons.•Control and inspection of underground and aboveground piping works (approximately 5000m) such as 2x85m³/hr fuel forwarding system and pumps, 4x50m³/hr fuel unloading system and pumps, 2x225m³/hr fire fighting system and pumps, preparing NDT documentation and hydro test packages.•According to P&ID, inspection of all pipe system that includes instrumentation such as pressure indicators, pressure transmitters, temperature indicators, temperature transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, flow switches, filters, check valves, heat exchangers… •Inspection witness and documentation of electrical jobs such as 6.3kV transformer, MV and LV distribution panels, illuminating panels, PLC system, grounding system, lightning protection system, fire alarm system…

Tengiz Oil Field, Bechtel-Enka JV (Senimdi Kurylys LLP-Çimtaş) QA/QC Engineer. In the spool shop of Bechtel-Enka JV which was the subcontractor of TCO (Tengiz ChevrOil) and PFD (Parsons-Fluor Daniel) in Tengiz Oil Field at Kazakhstan, participated as QA/QC engineer and taken responsibilities for the below items. • Inspection of incoming materials (pipe and fittings), • Dimensional check, weld inspection, WPS assigning and WPS control of welded spools. • Organizing the spools according to ASME and line requirements for NDT (PWHT, RT, PT, UT, MT, HT), supervising NDT teams and take action according to NDT results. • Dividing the isometrics to spool pieces according to fabrication methodology and transporting requirements. • Inspection of painted spools according to paint specifications, organizing the paint shop and sand blasting unit. • Preparing shipping list and organizing shipping operations, • Following the calibration status of equipment’s and take necessary precautions. • Managing welder school, testing new welders, specify the old welders for requalifying tests, • To be in contact with management, contractors and subcontractors to solve the problems and take precautions for future problems. • Participated in the below projects: Second Generation Project (SGP), Sour Gas Injection (SGI), Sulphur, Sulphur Steam Coil, Sulphur Forming, NGGS, Slag Catcher, Substation Buildings, Central Field Manifold, SGI Injection Compressor Seal Drains, Associate Crude Project and shop fabrication of some little projects.
