I hate wasting the most precious thing we have on this earth: TIME. I’ve been obsessed my entire life helping people feel better. And QUICKLY. I couldn’t find anything out there that had profound and lasting effects, so I studied every aspect of health and wellness, from east to west to metaphysical and spiritual.And I created my own solution. I discovered how to hack through the BS and into the deepest issues that were holding me back. I discovered a rapid method for seeing barriers, breaking through beliefs, and aligning and integrating with TRUTH. Instead of needing to “release” or “let go” of things that were hurting me, I learned how to befriend it all and make everything SERVE me. Since my time in the performing arts as a trumpet player and actor, I am Board Certified in Family Medicine and Fellowship Trained in Holistic and Integrative Medicine.
