Assess, develop and deliver quality language lessons to individuals in a B2B or B2C environment on an online platform. At Fluentify I assess the level and needs of the student, and then create an individual learning trajectory which I carefully monitor to ensure the student is moving toward his/her goals. Business English students vary in profession from SEO and IT-related fields to HR, Management and Sales, and want to improve their fluency and ability to communicate more effectively (written and verbal) with clients and/or co-workers. On the other hand, B2C students often seek help in exam preparation, academic writing, job interview skills and CV and cover letter writing. After each session students receive feedback about their language, suggestions for improvement and a follow-up activity.

Instruct a variety of ESL courses to children and adults ranging from conversation to business English and exam preparation courses for Cambridge, Trinity, Ascentis Anglia and TOEFL. Evaluate and develop English curriculum on a semi-annual basis. Meet with School Director to discuss progress of students and discuss necessary changes in technique and philosophy of ESL Instructors.
