Built and continue to lead a support department for both internal and external customers of Encore. Beginning with the support of attendees to the virtual event platforms Encore provides, the department has grown to support both attendees and speakers on relevant platforms in addition to our own team members on the hardware and software Encore uses to deliver events.To do this I strategise the continuing development of the department, seeking opportunities to be valuable to our team members and expand our portfolio of solutions that we support. This at times requires us to change and improve existing processes.I also strategise and develop billable revenue opportunities to make what is otherwise commonly seen as a costly department into a revenue-generating entity.
