CurrentI oversee the strategic management of all social media platforms and review sites. I analyze key performance indicators, analytics, conduct market research, competitor research, perform SWOT analyses, create SMART goals, and study our progress by creating quarterly analytical reports to help update and implement more comprehensive content strategies. This ensures the consistent growth and brand activation across diverse digital landscapes.In my position, I am currently taking initiative in our overall marketing by launching approved side projects that extend beyond my role’s requirements. These responsibilities include:-Handling advertising budgets-Ensuring alignment of our goals and promotion of our brand identity-Creating and overseeing ambassador and influencer programs that amplify our brand presence and foster community engagement-Creation of social media marketing campaigns-Creation of quarterly overall marketing strategies to encourage overall business growth for our boutique practice-Creating email surveys for UX purposes within our ambassador programsMy responsibilities extend to monitoring and evaluating impact, aligning content execution, and develop strategic marketing goals to drive engagement and achieve measurable success.I continuously explore new trends and technologies, enhancing our marketing efforts in positioning our brand as an authority in the LASIK industry. Through strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset, I continue to go above and beyond to find new and innovative ways to continue the growth and success of this practice.
