At Emmforce Inc., I orchestrated timely procurement operations, encompassing warehousing management, introduction of new suppliers, commercial settlements, Zero Based Costing (ZBC), and negotiation processes. Across diverse materials like Rubber, Plastic, Sheet Metal, Hardware, proprietary parts, Casting, Forging, and Sheet Metal/Pipes, I oversaw the entire lifecycle of part and tooling development, ensuring seamless transition to mass production.My role included meticulous quarterly inventory planning to navigate fluctuations in raw material costs and effectively resolve vendor queries. I developed and executed a robust roadmap for capacity planning, optimizing operational efficiency. Finalizing rate contracts for transport, AMC, ARC, CMC, and Services Contracts, I implemented cost-saving initiatives under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including contract re-negotiations, alternative sourcing strategies, and value engineering (VA/VE) approaches.To maintain uninterrupted production flow, I managed parts in UD category and actively collaborated in Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to implement timely Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Deviation Notices (EDN). Additionally, I established and monitored monthly metrics for sourcing efficiency, profitability analysis, commodity panel performance, year-on-year cost savings, product launches, development progress, and capacity utilization to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
