Worked with the automation department to create Ladder Logic PLC code, as well as helped design easy-to-use and intuitive Human Machine Interfaces for a variety of automotive assembly line fixtures. Helped design schematic prints for both electrical and pneumatic controls. Routed various types of cables to and from electrical components such as Pneumatic Valve Banks, Hall Effect Switches, and Programmable Logic Controllers in a clean and hidden manner while following the schematic specifications. Wired safety circuitry including fuses and emergency stop controls, as well as helped design safety logic in the aforementioned code and HMI. Routed hoses for pneumatic Cylinders and Suction Cups to the machine valve banks and to the plant's main pressured air source following schematic print specifications.
